Plan Critical Path

Understand a plan's critical path when visualised in FlowWrightPM.

Select a plan and click the Critical Path button.  

 

The critical path is displayed based on the configured task durations. The path in RED indicates the longest route from Start to Finish within the workflow. 

 

Use the Display Dates button to toggle the datetime information ON or OFF.
