Plans should be organised in folders or subfolders. 

Choose the Plans folder to create a new plan or folder. 

Use the dialog below to create a new plan. You must provide a unique name for the plan and click the Save button to begin. Use the checkbox to navigate to the designer page when the new plan is ready.
