Navigate to Status - Information - Culture & Timezone page to select a new culture and time zone. Based on the culture selection, the UI will also display date/time according to the culture formation. 

In this reference image, the culture is “English” specific to a geography and resetting to US English or UK English is quick by using the command buttons.   

NOTE:

The user may change the culture of the application according to the respective region. The user should login to application again for the changes to take effect.
