You must navigate to the Manage - Dashboards page. 

The Manage Dashboard UI is rendered below. A list of dashboards is displayed in the table sorted by a column value. You may use the Search textbox to filter the results. 

Select any dashboard and click on Utils—Set system dashboard for Regular User. 

An alert message confirms the action. This dashboard is now available as the system dashboard for regular users when they log into the FlowWright application. 

Likewise, any dashboard can be configured as a System Dashboard for an Admin User. 

Note: 

All date/times are stored within the database as UTC and displayed based on local timezone of the user. 

Engine runtime data are in ISO + UTC format.
