In a complex workflow with many process steps, this feature helps locate those steps on the designer canvas. 

Select the Edit > Search menu option.  

The “Search Steps” text box is displayed in the right pane. 

Enter a step name to search. The search results are displayed as hyperlinks, as shown below.  

Click the hyperlink to navigate to the selected process step. The workflow design highlights the search item with a blue outline. The workflow shifts the design to position the search item. Click the “Clear Selection” button to remove the blue outline.  

In the example below, the search returns all Decision Tables available in the workflow.
