The "Locked Users" tab lists users who failed Form-based authentication 3 times. These users are locked out of the system for 30 minutes. The user may attempt later or click the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen.

Click on the Forgot Password to reset the password.

Provide the user's email address. The application will email a link to reset the password to the user's registered email address.

The FlowWright Administrator can Unlock the account by selecting a row from the table and clicking on the Actions—Unlock account menu item.

The user account is unlocked and moved from the LockedUsers tab to the Active tab. A confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner.
