You'll have to navigate to Status - Status - Settings - Login menu option. 

The Login Notification page is rendered below. Click the “Add New Notification” button to insert an empty row. Using the UI, configure the start and end date time. Provide the message. Click the Save Settings button. A confirmation alert is displayed in the top right-end corner. Use the red color icon to remove the notification setting when unnecessary. 

The configured message shall be displayed during the user login event. Note: This message is only an announcement, and the FlowWright web application can only be turned off using the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
