There are many temporary files, generated documents, data that is created by the application, these temporary items are no longer required after a while, these can be automatically cleaned up by the system using the following configuration settings.

All date/times are stored within the database as UTC and displayed based on local timezone of the user. 

Note: Engine runtime data are in ISO + UTC format. 

Click on the navigation link (black color icon) to view the items.   

The items are rendered in a popup. Use the search box feature to narrow down the result list. 

Click on the delete link (red color icon) to remove the items list. Click Ok to confirm the action. The items are removed from the database permanently.
