Render step properties.
On the process instance page, select a process step, then double-click it to open its properties.
This page displays the step properties, including details of the step execution below, such as the execution time in milliseconds. The Execution ID indicates the execution order.

This page displays the step properties, including details of the step execution below, such as the execution time in milliseconds. Select “View > Variable” from the menu to view the process variables and their values.

The page displays the variables evaluated during the process instance step.

Tasks in the render instance.
This function displays the task information for the process instance.
On the Process Instance page, select the process from the table, then click “View > Render”. The process instance opens on a new page. Then select “Items > Tasks”.

The tasks are listed in the table below. Select a task from the list, then click the "Resend Email Notification" button to resend the email notification.

Click the “Clock” icon to view the task history. The information appears in the pop-up window, as shown in the example below.

Use the “Search” feature to find the task. To view tasks, click the “Instance” tree to expand or collapse it. Click the “Status” link to see sleeping or closed tasks. This “Search-and-view-selective” task is an Admin feature.

Resend Email in the step properties.
Select the process instance, then choose “View > Render” to open it in a new tab. Next, choose “Items > Tasks” to view the Tasks associated with this process instance (if any) in a table, as shown below.

Click the “All” button to resend email notifications to users about the tasks.

The email is sent in the background to all open tasks (as shown in the selection above). A notification appears in the top-right corner.

Errors in step properties.
This appears whenever errors occur during the execution of the process instance. Select the process instance from the table where the status is marked as "error", then go to the “View > Render” menu option.

The process instance is shown below. Choose “Items > Error” from the menu to view the error steps.

The error steps are shown in a modal pop-up window with clickable links for navigation.

Click the error steps in the pop-up window to align the process workflow with the selected step. When you are done, click the close button.
Ask for AI - How to fix the errors.
Double-click the error step. The step properties open on a new page. Select the “View > Errors” menu option.

The error details are shown below. Click the “AI - How to fix” button for guidance.

The AI fix response is shown below. In the example, the “route to” configuration was both incorrect and incomplete.
