Introduction

Learn how to create and manage the Process Instances.

Last published at: February 11th, 2026

The Process Instances tab lets Admin users or Definition owners manage their Process Instances created by their Process Definitions.

You need to go to the Process > Instances menu option.

The Process Instances UI is shown below. The instances are listed in a table with columns including instanceName, createdOn, startedOn, updatedOn, endedOn, status, state, and waitSteps. The list items are sorted and paginated. The Process Definitions for these instances can be accessed by clicking their line items. Use the search box to narrow the number of instances displayed. The column selector allows hiding or showing other columns as desired. The folders “All, Favourites, My Instances, Last 10 Updated, By Status, Involved, Folders” categorize the instances for quick access. Click the "Refresh" button to update the list of Process Instances in the table.
