Move the definition to the recycle bin.

This function removes the process definition to the Recycle Bin. The list of items in the recycle bin may be emptied altogether or permanently destroyed as individual items.

On the Process Definition page select the process from the list and click on the Actions - Recycle Bin - Move To menu option.

The Remove Definition popup window appears for confirmation. Select the checkbox to View the Recycle Bin after removing it. Click the OK button to confirm.

On the Process Definition page click on the Actions - Recycle Bin menu option. 

The Recycle Bin page is displayed in the new tab. Click on the date columns to sort the table. Use the Search textbox to narrow down the table list as shown below. 

Select the Process Definition from the list and click the Actions—Restore menu button to restore it from the recycle bin. The Destroy menu option permanently removes the process definition, and the Empty menu option permanently removes all the processes from the recycle bin.
