Learn to use the recycle bin for process definitions

Move the definition to the recycle bin.

This function moves the process definition to the Recycle Bin. The Recycle Bin contents may be emptied entirely, or individual items may be permanently deleted. Based on the configuration of the process steps, the workflow definition creates tasks and form tasks and stores documents in the DMS folders through its process instances. When the definition is moved to the “Recycle Bin,” these associated items are also removed.

On the Process Definition page, select the process from the list, then click “Actions > Recycle Bin > Move To”.

A pop-up window appears for confirmation. Please select the “View Recycle Bin” checkbox before removing it. Selecting the “Delete Permanent” checkbox will permanently remove the definition. Click the OK button to confirm.
