This function allows you to view the “other items” that use a specific process definition. A process definition can be used by another process definition as a sub-workflow, application, microservice, or ESB event. 

On the Process Definition page, select the process from the table, then click the View > Used By Items menu option.

The application takes some time to collect and load the items. 

A pop-up is displayed showing “no items” when the process definition is not used by any items. 

In the example below, the pop-up window renders a list of items with a navigation link.
