Export Step Properties
Users can export the desired step properties of a definition by selecting the definition and selecting the Export - Properties menu option as shown below:

Click on the Export menu option, and a drop-down will display all the steps in the selected process definition. Select the desired step and check the property checkboxes that must be exported.

Once selected, click on the “Export” button. All the chosen step properties are exported to the Excel sheet and displayed as shown below:

Import step properties
Users can change/update the exported values of step properties of a process definition and import them back to update the process definition.

The user can update and import only the exported definition step values. The same Excel file cannot be imported to another definition.

An alert notification message confirms the import action as successful.
