This function archives process instances of a process definition. 

On the Process Definition page, you can select a process from the table and initiate archiving by choosing the Utils > Archive Instances menu option.

An Archive Instances pop-up window appears for confirmation, as shown below. You can click OK to proceed. All process instances for this definition are archived. 

Note: Archived instances cannot be undone at this time.  

Navigate to the Status > Settings > Archival menu option. 

The Archival Settings page is shown below. The application archival service engine archives and deletes process instances, form instances, ETL instances, and events based on the configurations on this page.
