This function allows you to modify the dashboard's metadata and its contents.
You need to go to the Manage > Dashboard page.

Select the dashboard from the table, then click the Actions menu to access the “Create, Edit, Design, Copy, Change Owner, and Remove” options.

Creating a Dashboard.
This function allows you to modify the dashboard's metadata and contents.
Select Actions > Create to start the process.

A pop-up window appears for configuration. Enter the dashboard name and the display position number. Click the Create button to confirm.

The new dashboard is created and displayed on a new page, as shown below. To use a dashboard widget, drag it from the toolbox on the left to the designer canvas in the center. Click the Edit icon to configure the dashboard's properties.

The Configure Widget UI properties appear in a pop-up window. You can enter a title and select background and text colors from the drop-down color palette. Extend the widget outline by dragging the corners diagonally. Click the Save button to apply the settings.

Click Save in the menu to save the dashboard definition. A confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

To view the dashboard, go to the UI - Preview menu option. The dashboard preview opens on a new page.

The new dashboard displays the data point shown below. The dashboard widget shows the count of workflow definitions in the FlowWright application. Hover over the More Info link to go to the process definitions page. The link URL is visible at the bottom left.

Edit Dashboard / Design dashboard.
This function allows you to modify the dashboard's metadata and contents.
Choose the dashboard from the table, then click Actions > Edit to modify the dashboard's metadata.

A pop-up window displays the metadata for editing. After making changes, click the Update button to confirm.

Changes to the name or display order number are saved, and a confirmation message is shown in the top-right corner.

To change the dashboard content, click the Actions > Design menu option.

The dashboard contents are displayed on a new page, and the UI Theme is applied to all the dashboard widgets.

You can drag and drop additional dashboard widgets into the designer pane. You can configure these widgets with different titles and colors.

Click the Save menu to confirm the changes.

Select the UI > Preview menu option to view the dashboard content at runtime.

The modified dashboard displays the data points below. The dashboard widgets show the counts of workflow definitions, instances, form definitions, and instances in the FlowWright application. Hover over the More Info link to go to the process definitions page.

Copy Dashboard.
This function enables you to duplicate the dashboard's metadata and its contents.
Select the dashboard from the list, then click Actions > Copy to start it.

A pop-up window appears for setup. Enter a new name, then click the Copy button.

A copy of the dashboard is created and added to the list. A confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

Change Ownership.
This function allows you to update the dashboard owner's information.
Select the dashboard from the list, then click Actions > Change Owner to start the process.

A pop-up window appears for configuration. Enter a new name, then click the Proceed button.

The new user becomes the owner, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

Remove the dashboard.
This function lets you permanently delete the dashboard from the repository.
Select the dashboard from the list, then click Actions > Remove to initiate the process.

A pop-up window appears for confirmation. Click the OK button.

The dashboard is removed, and a confirmation message is shown in the top-right corner.
