To update the license manually, the customer needs to submit a support request through our Customer Support Portal. Along with this request, the customer must attach the current license from the FlowWright server.
You can find this license file at the following path:
C:\FlowWright\FlowWright.lic
You can download the license file via the FlowWright user interface to streamline the update process. Go to the licensing page by using the 'Status > Information > License' menu.

Once you get the new license file, upload it to the server using the same UI.
You can also copy the new license file to this directory: C:\FlowWright\FlowWright.lic
*If the engines have stopped due to invalid licensing. Start the engine services from the UI or the server's Windows services application.
