In environments where engine processing is very intensive, we recommend separating the User Interface and Engines into two separate Application servers. This can be easily done through configuration.

In some customer environments, we also see Application servers set up with an Active-Active configuration, where both servers are processing. You can also use a load balancer to manage the traffic to multiple servers.
