This function archives ETL instances of an ETL definition.
You'll have to navigate to the ETL - Instances page.

The ETL Instances page is rendered below.

Select an ETL Instance from the table and initiate the archiving process by clicking on the Utils—Archive menu.

The ETL instance is archived, and a confirmation message is displayed at the top right-end corner. Note: Archived instances cannot be undone for now.

Navigate to the Status—Settings—Archival menu option.

The Archival Settings page is displayed below. The application archival service engine archives and removes the process instances, form instances, ETL instances, and events using the configurations from this page.
