This feature is used to manage the items in the DMS recycle bin.
You need to access the DMS from the left pane.

The DMS page is rendered on a new page, as shown in this example below. Navigate to a DMS folder to view its contents.

Use the “Search” text box to filter the folder list.

Click the ellipsis to view the context menu for this folder. You can navigate to “Rename, Remove, Check SubFolder, Upload Document, Get URL, View History, Folder Permissions, Default Document Permissions, Archive, and Details” features.

Navigate to the DMS Folder to view the documents. Click the ellipsis and select the “Remove” menu option.

Click the “Ok” button to remove the document and move it to the “Recycle Bin”.

The document is removed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner.

Select the “View - Recycle Bin” menu option to view all items.

The “DMS Recycle Bin” page displays a table of items, as shown in the example below. Use the “Search” text box to filter the items list.

Select the archived item, then click the “Actions” menu to access the “Restore, Destroy, and Empty” features.

Restore an item.
Select the item, then click the “Actions - Restore” menu to undo the deleted status.

Click the “Ok” button to confirm.

The item is restored, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.

Destroy an item.
Select the item, then click the “Actions - Destroy” menu to remove the item from the DMS.

Click the “Ok” button to confirm. The selected item is permanently removed from the DMS Recycle Bin.

Empty all items.
On the DMS Recycle Bin page, select the “Actions - Empty” menu to remove all the items.

Type “REMOVE” in the text box to confirm. Then click the “Empty Recycle Bin” button to start the process. The items are removed in the background, and a confirmation message appears in the top-right corner.
