This feature compresses the folder and its contents into a ZIP file.   

Access the DMS from the left pane. 

The DMS page is rendered on a new page, as shown in this example below. Navigate to a DMS Source to view the sub-folders. 

Use the “Search” text box to filter the folder list. 

Select the folder, then click the ellipsis to open the context menu. Select the “Download as ZIP” option. 

Click “Yes” to confirm. 

The folder and its contents are compressed into a ZIP file and downloaded to the local folder. 

Import the ZIP file.

Select the target folder. Click the Actions > Upload Document menu option. 

Drag and drop the ZIP file, or click to browse and select the file. Click the Upload button. 

Click the “Original” button to import the ZIP file as-is. 

The ZIP file is imported and not extracted, as shown in the image below. A confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner. 

Click the “Unzipped” button to import the ZIP file and extract the contents.  

The file contents are extracted to the target folder, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner.
