The user can create and execute the instance for the workflow definition right from the process designer. Select the “Create” menu item, enter a workflow instance name or click the “Generate” button to generate a name for the workflow instance. Click the “Create and Execute” button to create and execute the workflow instance. 

The instance is created successfully it will be displayed within the workflow instances table. All date/times are stored in UTC and displayed in local users timezone.
