This function updates the variables, globals, and workflow design for the sleeping instances. 

Update Variables Values.

On the Process Instances page, select the process in the table, then click the Utils > Update > Variable Values menu option, as shown below. 

You can also update variables and globals on the Render Instance page. Select the Utils > Update > Variable values menu option. 

The variables with their current values are displayed below. 

You need to enter the new values and click the Update button. 

The variables have been updated, and the new values are now available for the process step within the process instance. 

Navigate to the Items > Variables > Latest Variables menu option. 

A pop-up window displays the list of variable values, as shown below. 

Update Global Values.

On the Process Instances page, select the process in the table, then click the Utils > Update > Global Values menu option, as shown below. 

You can also update global variables on the Render Instance page by selecting the Utils > Update > Global values menu option. 

The globals and their current values are shown below. To enter new values, click the Update button. 

You need to enter the new values and click the Update button. 

The globals have been updated, and the new values are now available for the process step within the process instance. 

Navigate to the Items > Variables > Latest Globals menu option. 

A pop-up window displays the list of global values, as shown below.
