This function displays the form instance history of events. 

Let's create an event and observe this from a historical point of view. 

You should navigate the Run - Form Instances page and select the instance from the list. You can use the Search textbox to narrow the list if you like. Then, click on the Action - Rename menu option.

The Rename Form Instance popup window is displayed for configuration. You'll have to provide a unique new form instance name in the text box and click the Rename button. 

The form instance is renamed, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top right-end corner, as shown below. 

Select the renamed form instance from the list and click on the View - History menu option. 

The Form Instance History information is displayed on the new page as follows.
