FlowWright lets users create and manage HTML-based forms. These Forms follow concepts similar to workflow processes. They are built using Form Definitions, and multiple Form Instances can be created.
Navigate from the Form > Definitions menu option.

The following UI is displayed.

Select “Form Definitions” to access the “Form Instances” feature.

Select a Form definition from the list and click the “Actions” to access the “Create, Design, Debug, Edit, Rename, Set as Public Form, Form URL, Recycle Bin, Data Table, Remove Instances, Copy, Change Owner, Save As Template, Manage Snapshots, Favourites” feature.

Select a Form definition from the list and click the “AI Copilot” to access the “Generate Form, and Summarize Form” feature.

Select a Form definition from the list and click the “View” to access the “Execute With Params, Render, History, Usage, Table, Global CSS” feature.

Select a Form definition from the list and click the “Export” to access the “XML, ZIP, HTML, Schema, SQL” feature.

Select a Form definition from the list and click the “Import” to access the “HTML, PDF, MS Word, Global CSS” feature.

Select a Form definition from the list and click the “Security” to access the “Permissions” feature.

Select a Form definition from the list and click the “Utils” to access the “Form Definition Locks, Archive Instances, Generate Form From Table” feature.
