Move the Form definition to the recycle bin.

This function removes the Form Definition from the Recycle Bin. The list of items in the recycle bin may be emptied altogether or permanently destroyed as individual items.

On the Form Definition page, select the process from the list, then click Actions > Recycle Bin > Move To.

A pop-up window is displayed for confirmation. Select the checkbox to “View Recycle Bin and/or Delete Permanently”. Click the OK button to proceed. 

The Form Definition Recycle Bin page displays the definition that has been deleted.

View the Recycle Bin contents.

On the Form Definition page, click Actions > Recycle Bin. 

The Form Definition Recycle Bin page is displayed in the new tab. Click the date columns to sort the table. Use the Search textbox to narrow the table list, as shown below. 

Select the definition from the list, then click the Actions menu. 

• Restore to restore it from the recycle bin. 
• Destroy menu option permanently removes the Form Definition. 
• Empty menu option permanently removes all Forms Definitions from the recycle bin.
