This function removes the Form Definition from the Recycle Bin. The list of items in the Recycle Bin may be emptied altogether or individual items may be permanently destroyed.

On the Form Definition page, select the process from the list, then click Actions > Recycle Bin > Move To.

A pop-up window is displayed for confirmation. Select the checkbox to “View Recycle Bin”. Click the OK button to proceed. 

The Form Definition Recycle Bin page shows the deleted definition.

View the Recycle Bin contents.

On the Form Definition page, click Actions > Recycle Bin. 

The Form Definition Recycle Bin page opens in a new tab. Click the date columns to sort the table. Use the Search textbox to narrow the list, as shown below. 

Select the definition from the list, then click the Actions menu. 

• Restore from the recycle bin. 
• Destroy permanently removes the Form Definition. 
• Empty permanently removes all Form Definitions from the Recycle Bin.
