This feature is used to create a sub-folder.
You need to access the DMS from the left pane.

The DMS page is rendered on a new page, as shown in this example below. Navigate to a DMS Source to view the sub-folders.

Use the “Search” text box to filter the folder list.

Select the folder in the table and click the “Access” icon to view the folder access information.

The “Access Details” are displayed in a pop-up window, as shown in this example below. As observed, the folder and its contents are configured to be accessible to some users or application roles.

Click the ellipsis to view the context menu for this folder. You can navigate to “Rename, Remove, Create Sub-folder, Upload Document, Get URL, View History, Folder Permissions, Default Document Permissions, Archive, and Details” features. Select the “Upload Document” menu option.

A pop-up window is displayed for configuration. Drag and drop the documents, or click to browse the local folder and select one or multiple documents.

The selected documents can be removed by using the remove icon. Click the Upload button to add the documents.

The document is uploaded to the subfolder, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner.

Click to expand the folder to view the sub-folder and contents.

Click the ellipsis to view the context menu for this folder and select the “View History” menu.

The “View History - Folder” displays the history information as shown in the image below.
