This feature is used to manage the DMS folder permissions.
You need to access the DMS from the left pane.

The DMS page is rendered on a new page, as shown in this example below. Navigate to a DMS Source to view the sub-folders.

Use the “Search” text box to filter the folder list.

Select the folder in the table and click the “Access” icon to view the folder access information.

The “Access Details” are displayed in a pop-up window, as shown in this example below. As observed, the folder and its contents are configured to be accessible to some users or application roles.

Click the ellipsis to view the context menu for this folder. You can navigate to “Rename, Remove, Create Sub-folder, Upload Document, Get URL, View History, Folder Permissions, Default Document Permissions, Archive, and Details” features.

The “Manage Folder Permissions” UI is displayed on a new page, as shown in the example below.
- View: Allows the user/role to view the selected DMS folder.
- Add: Allows the user/role to add a new DMS folder.
- Remove: Allows the user/role to delete the selected DMS folder.
- Update: Allows the user/role to update (Rename, etc.) the selected DMS folder.
- Archive: Allows the user/role to archive the selected DMS folder.
- Permission: Allows the user/role to configure folder permissions (View, Add, Remove, Update, and Archive) for the selected DMS folder.

Search for and add the FlowWright users and the application role. Select the appropriate checkboxes to enable “View, Download, Remove, Update, Archive, Permissions” and grant access. To revoke access, clear the checkboxes. Click the “Save Permissions” button. The access permissions are set, and a confirmation message is displayed in the top-right corner.

Select the folder in the table and click the “Access” icon to view the access information. The “Access Details” are displayed in a pop-up window, as shown in this example below.
