Export/Import form instance XML

A form instance values can be exported out as XML and imported back as XML.  Select an existing form instance from the table and select menu item “Export -> XML” to get a file containing the XML for the form instance.

To import the XML for the form instance, select the form instance from the list and click the menu item “Import -> XML”, the following dialog will be displayed:

Select the XML file from the file system and click the “Update XML” button to update the form instance field values.

Export form instance as HTML

A form instance can be retrieved as an HTML document.   Select the form instance from the list and select menu item “Export -> HTML”.
